Ted, One more thing.....do not make the background white. It should be grey at the very least, and a dark color is better, but may have problems with contrast.
White shows dirt too easily, and we want this to last. Yes, I know you said "vinyl" and vinyl can be washed, but trust me.....you don't want it white. Yellow might be good as a color.
