I've heard back already with the contact info for the guy running

we'd need speakers for. We should send him a proposal for each

-Speaker's name,
-Speaker's contact information (including email and phone number),
-The topic(s) on which the speaker is qualified to speak, and
-A brief description of the speaker's credentials.

Maddog is in, since he spoke last year (if he's not preaching in
darkest Peru that week). I know Ted's a very professional
speaker. Then one more.
Well, thank you. I'd be glad to do a presentation. How about a
presentation from you, Bill?
Topics would need to be pretty high level for the audience. I
quite enjoyed Maddog's "how many of you have submitted bugs to
Microsoft?" session last year.
How about something about introducing LAMP into Windows shops? I'm
coming out of a mostly-Windows background, and have spent a few years
learning my way around Linux, LAMP, FOSS and so forth, and have moved
my development shop from an all-Windows operation to 60/40 Windows/LAMP.
Maddog - you're the advocacy expert here, if you want to take the
reigns, feel free.
And I'd appreciate the guidance. I haven't talked to SwaNH before and
would welcome some ideas on the topic, focus and level of the
presentation. If someone would be willing to coordinate a set of
presentations, that might even work out better. If no one's willing
to step forward, I'll respond to the RFS directly.,
Odds are it would be best to get this in before they have a
schedule set.
Sooner is better.
