Apparently last time I didn't send to -discuss (I usually do) but got one from the discuss list anyhow. I usually send to both and get two back.

Now, I'm also doing duplicate suppression on my side so who knows how that plays in.

So, I think it's working for me. And mailman seems to have some method for eliminating list loops.
