From what I've found with Google, it appears not, although it has been requested. The next TWiki release, codenamed "Dakar", is supposed to have email verification, which I suspect would be all a small site like GNHLUG would need (famous last words). Dakar is supposed to be out Real Soon Now, according to the TWiki TWiki.
