Agreed, completely. We need to seek professional advice on this one.

Professional?!

Fortunately, in our case, "professional" does not have to mean
"costs us money". Aside from Ed Lawson's generous help over the
years, some others options are apparently available to us. At the
meeting, the following were mentioned:

1. Bill Sconce is going to ask his legal counsel how much liability he
would be exposing himself to if he were to join up with a hypothetical
GNHLUG Inc

2. The state of NH apparently provides "free" help for those
interested in starting small businesses and NPOs.

2.a. Rob Lembree's wife is apparently involved in 2. (I'm horrible
with names, sorry.)

3. The ABI (Amoskeag Business Incubator), host to PySIG, may have
resources we can tap into. They're obviously focused on for-profit
organizations, but that may not matter for our purposes.

4. There are organizations of NPOs which may be able to provide guidance.

I think GNHLUG still has $35 to its name.

It does?!? You've been hoarding funds, then! ;-)
