I don't recall there being one, but it's been years since I had to use their system, so that could have changed. I seem to recall having to jump through all sorts of hoops to get free of them. No surprise.

No problem for the email addresses, but they want mailing and phone contact info, too. It's generally a good idea to make those valid, in case something goes wrong with the technical stuff. And given our nebulous legal status in the first place, I do think it would be best to have as much of a claim to ownership as possible.
