When is the timeframe (e.g. Is he a visitor, or is he located in the
vicinity?)

I'm also interested in what the ISP's (i.e. comcast, verizon, ...) are
deploying to their various markets (residential, commercial, ...) - and
if IPV6 is even available from them.
