RE: 502(c) stuff My understanding is Rob's wife did a good deal of work with non-profits in her practice so she should be an excellent resource. I think I have provided copies of the application in the past, but it is easy to find on the web anyway. The hard part of the process is not the "legal" part, but the organizational and planning work needed to have the information and projections needed to complete the application. At least that is my $.02.
