Try doing an "lsmod" at the command prompt to see if there are modules
loaded for sound and/or the MPU-401 driver (I think it is "uart401", but I'm
not sure).
Try doing "rmmod ..." on the MPU-401 driver, then "insmod opl3" to load the
OPL3 driver.
