Hopefully I'm understanding what you're asking.  Just to make sure, I'm
going to try and reiterate it.

You have an NT box (skyhaven.org), a linux DNS box, and a third box
(mail.skywizard.com).  Note, there's a little inconsistency here - is it
.org or .com?

In any case, the basic premise as I understand it is that you want all
the mail to go through mail.skywizard.com - correct?  Rather than
setting up aliases on the skywizard.com box, it would be easier to just
set up an MX record in DNS to have mail for the delivered to
mail.skyhaven.???.

Then you just have to have the mail server set up to accept mail for all
the appropriate domain/hostnames.
