I use cdrecord under Solaris 2.7. Note that this requires adding some
third-party modules to the Solaris kernel to support low-level SCSI
generic commands, so you probably don't want to do this on a
mission-critical box. I put mine on a spare Sparc-20 that's used only for
burning CDs.
