There are several utilities you can use:
For Red Hat, there is xconfigurator. There is also XF86Setup supplies as
part of the X distribution. Both are Graphical. There is a text based
XF86config program in /usr/bin/X11R6 which is text based. I am not 100
percent certain of the upper/lower case in that command.
