The problem is the server.  It is telling your browser that the file is
an ASCII text document, and there's nothing you can do about it (that I
know of) other than maybe ask the webmaster to "fix" it.  The problem
there is that .rpm also applies to realaudio so there isn't a clear cut
answer for what it should be set to.  Oh well.
