This looks fine, but your ISP may get a little annoyed that you're
checking mail every five seconds.. ;-) I might up that to 300 or 600
seconds...

As for your return address, if you are using pine on your local machine,
you will need to do one of:

1) use the same username on your system as you have for your mail account,
   AND set your domain (in pine config) to your e-mail account's domain

2) set the reply-to header in pine to your correct return address.

Note that neither of these are optimal solutions.  For example, though you
may provide a reply-to address, not all clients will necessarily use it.
