Don't forget our March meeting is tomorrow night.
Rich Payne is presenting WINE (the Windows emulator) and we are going to
discuss more on what people would like to see for installs and Applications
to try at the May meeting.
So, bring your ideas and join us 7 pm at the Peterborough Liibrary.
The first quarterly GNHLUG meeting was held last night and everyone seemed
to have a good time; the food was good, the appetizers and beer from
sponsor Taos, Inc, was very well received and the presentation on Linux and
Communictions was very informative given by Digi International. We all
agreed that the Stark Mill Brewery offers a very nice meeting room.
Afterwards the group that is organizing the Linux Business Show met to go
over the agenda, discuss what has been done so far and what still needs to
be accomplished. We have lots of Corportations tha thave offered to assist
in sponsoring the event as well as many vendors contributing product and we
have solidified three speakers. More on all of this at the meeting.
