I use it pretty regularly to run Windows from within
Linux. I've had it crash a few times, but I can't say
if that's a VMWare problem or a Winblows one... At
any rate, VMWare doesn't crash any more than Windows
did.
The only thing I miss using VMWare rather than a dual
boot scenario is mounting my Windows drives for file
sharing. Of course, you can use Samba for this so it's
not a big loss. Much better than booting back and forth!
