For our customers, an easy-to-use GUI is a requirement.
As far as I know, SSH's "scp" utility is a command-line only program. If
you know of a GUI interface to scp, I'd love to hear about it.

The advantage to option "D" (using SSH as a secure tunnel for FTP) was that
the customer could use any of the free/cheap GUI FTP clients available for
Windoze.
