It's not clear what they mean by "one-way" vs. "two-way". The latter
appears to cost $5 more...
Their FAQ (http://powerlink.adelphia.net/common_qs.html) sez that no other
ISP is required (I'm assuming, vs. DSS downlink-only solutions.) So it's
unclear what the difference is between one and two-way. MediaOne doesn't
make a distinction so far as I can tell.
If you wave enough $$ at them they'll probably figure out how to get you
a static IP address.
