Fortunatelly, I haven't used dual-boots for a while, but if you know how it
works if you install windows first, then you will be able to solve it. Just
create a linux boot-floppy that will of course have all the information that is
needed for the boot (eg. root partition), then partmagic, install windows, it
will probably overwrite the mbr. But since you already have that floppy in your
pocket, you can boot your linux with it, and then you can edit lilo.conf as you
wish, and then lilo. Instead of lilofloppy, you can use the rescue option of the
bootable CD of your favourite (debian;-)) distribution.
