That style connector is called "Apple kludge" (no, I'm not making that up,
it is in the SCSI FAQ). It works (I use the term loosely) by tying all of
the ground pins together. Yuck. It is still in use today, on many Macs and a
some PC devices. In particular, the IOMega external Zip drives use it.

Any decent computer supplier should be able to provide one, if they don't
stock them. In particular, any place which caters to the Apple crowd should
have them.

What you really need is an external SCSI enclosure, which will let you mount
any standard internal SCSI device for use externally. The better computer
shops will have these.

If you cannot find a local vendor that will help you, here are a few mail
order companies I've done business with that carry that sort of thing:

        Corporate Systems Center http://www.corpsys.com
        Insight http://www.insight.com
        PC Connection http://www.pcconnection.com
        Black Box http://www.blackbox.com

  Hope this helps!
