Fixed. Thanks to Bob Bell and others for bringing it to my attention.

For the interested, there was a missing blank line in the 'message_headers'
section of the config file from when I added the X-Sender and X-List-Info
headers. Majordomo concatenates the headers and list together before the
processing, and since there was no intervening blank line, assumed it was
a wrapped header field.
