else? I'm new to this install fest stuff...so if i'm doing something wrong

Whatta bout CD for ppl to buy or take home? any ideas on that? i will
have a new burner and both machines will be there.......so i will be able
to make copies right there. is this good or bad?
The date that i'm shooting for is sometime in the last part of may. This
gives us time to plan and get the word out. again - any ideas?
