My son and his friend would probably do this for $1/CD + the cost of the CD's.  Their 
all 15-16 years old and have a band, so they burn CD's that they record all the time 
and they could use the $$.  Let me know if this would help.

  i've checked into this for other reasons and
  cheaspest i've seen has been $500 for 200 CDs with a week & 1/2 lead
  time (at Superdups thru Daddy's Junky Music in Manchester)
