At one time it was, which is why it was open.  However because mediaone
keeps changing my IP address, and because InterNIC is staffed by morons,
my domain is currently not working, so actually I could easily filter DNS.

I saw no point to doing this since eventually, I'll fill out the necessary
paperwork to get my domain fixed, so in theory I'd be providing this
service anyway.
