Depends on your definition of "good".
IPX and NCP (Novell Core Protocol) support is built-in to Linux kernels
going back at least to 2.0.0. To make use of it, though, you need two utility
packages -- ipxutils and nwclient -- both of which are included with the
better distributions.
ipxutils gives you the commands needed to configure an IPX network interface
and setup IPX routes and networks. See the man page for ipx_interface(8) to
get started.
nwclient (also called ncpfs) gives you the commands needed to connect to NCP
servers, mount volumes, print to print queues, etc. See the man pages
nwclient(5), ncpmount(8), and nprint(1) to get started there.
AFAIK, the above mentioned utilities only support NCP Version 3. If you
want to connect to servers using older protocols (e.g., NetWare 2.x, MS
Windows), you are out-of-luck. If you want to connect to servers running
newer protocols (e.g., NetWare 4.x or 5.x), you can either enable bindery
emulation on the servers, or buy Caldera's "Network Desktop" (or whatever
they're calling it now), which includes a commercial (proprietary,
closed-source, non-free) NetWare client for Linux.
Hope this helps!
