All,
This is a fairly dumb question, since I KNOW that a CD is limited to 650MB
of data, but here goes..... A friend of mine asked me to make a copy of a
CD for him because the one that he has is fairly old, it has some scratches
on it, and it's his favorite game. I can't do a CD to CD copy because it
keeps saying that the destination CD doesn't have enough space. The CD is
being reported as 692MB. As if that wasn't weird enough, there are files on
the CD itself that are being reported (under Windows) as being 1.05GB and
3.57GB. Under Linux, all of the file sizes look normal, and the ISO image
that I ripped is only 186MB. But, when I burn the image to a CD, it doesn't
work even though all of the files are there. Anyone ever see this sort of
thing before?
TIA,
Kenny
