I don't know what the point of that is. It's a shoddy, incomplete
collection of old utilities and misc. programs. If there's an evil angle
to it -- as opposed to just a plain old incompetent angle -- I'd say that
it simply makes those other OS' look like patchwork compared to the Windows
Update function.
