Related to this thread, in netscape how is
View -> Character Set -> (select from a list of ~20 char sets)
supposed to work? Can one use this to manually override the char set
to try to properly render that page?
I think I got that radio.org.lv page to render properly by selecting
one of the "Central European" charsets, but I can't reproduce it!!
