Doubtful. We have several users subscribed from bigfoot.com, and this is the
only one that appears problematic.

Nope. Bigfoot.com does not do mail relay. They simply use alias lists to
redirect mail to one or more other accounts. Mail sent by a bigfoot member
comes directly from their local system, whatever it might be.
