I agree, but in addition to there being political as well as
technical reasons why I can't use a firewall, a bandage over
a problem is a poor substitute for fixing the problem itself.
I'm a braces-and-belt man myself, but in this case I have to
stick with just a belt -- and make sure my pants don't fall
down.
