I have a CD burner which came with Adaptec Direct CD software. This sofrware can only close CD-R disks to the ISO 9660 standard, but not CD-RW disks. Is this a software weakness, or is there something about the CD-RW technology which prevents the ISO 9960 format. Not being able to close the RW disks to this format limits the drives which can read the disk. What's the answer?
