IPChains itself cannot do this. What you need to do is set the
ipchains rules to allow whatever connection you want to the
firewall itself, then use the ipmasqadm package (which you can
get at http://juanjox.kernelnotes.org/) to do port redirection. I
suggest that you read the ip masquerade HOWTO at
http://www.e-infomax.com/ipmasq/ipmasq-howto.html.
