Doh, I knew somebody would ask that :)

here's some, I'm not endorsing any of these, I don't actually use them
(Static IP :), but a guy I work with used them before.

Also, FWIW later version of Bind can take dynamic updates on the fly. So
if you have a friend who runs a DNS server and is willing to do this, you
could work out a means whereby your (dynamic) machines sends an update to
his/her DNS which reads the update (a simple text file in the right
format) and updates itself. Do a man nsupdate for the format.

Then just have network solutions (etc....) point to their DNS server.
