Linux Engineer Position
Net Technologies, Inc., a full service e-commerce, Web Development and Linux
Networking company has an immediate opening for a Linux/ Network Engineer.
Responsibilities will mainly be the design, implementation and maintenance
of heterogeneous LANs, WANs, and VPNs, running Linux, MS-Windows and Novell
NetWare, in both new and existing installations. Driving to and working at
the customer site, including establishing and maintaining customer relations
will form a large part of the position. The ability to perform physical
network configuration (simple cabling, hook-up, etc.) is also required.
Experience with Apache FrontPage Extensions, firewalls and security, and
e-commerce solutions would be preferred. Knowledge of the Microsoft
groupware platform (NT, Exchange, Outlook) is a plus.
We are searching for a talented network engineer who is able to work in a
fun and fast paced environment. Individual must be able to take the bull by
the horns and run with what ever comes their way.
