Um, if that disturbs you, think "only 64 CPUs" when talking about EV7 (max of 128 at first, I believe).

Just so no one thinks I'm trying to be unfair, I got these from the tech specs at Compaq's and Sun's web sites, as well as www.spec.org. Anyone knowing differently is more than welcome to fill in blanks or correct errors. And, of course, don't forget that Sun's UE12000 is due out sometime next year (I think), HP just announced Superdome (can't find the specs right now), and we'll be out with our EV7 systems in 2001/2002 and 1GHz GS320 upgrades fairly soon. Just as soon as the landscape exploded, it's doing so all over again... :)
