With operational experience on Oracle and Postgres I like Postgres.(I'm
not the DBA)
The fact it has command line recall and editing is a big plus for me.
You seem to be able to move data around much faster in Postgres using
pipes.
The sql seems the same so that is a plus, Oracle is able to do more but
Dollar
for Dollar Postgres wins my vote.
The other DBs are not in my back ground so I can not speak to them.
