i've posted this several times and am hoping each time that i can get somebody who has had a similar problem... i'm running Apache 1.3.12 and php 4.0.2. i just recompiled the server on the 5th of this month. every once and a while httpd will stop parsing .php files. And it's not like it doesn't serve up the file...it does serve it up...but just doesn't parse the php...if i view source when this happens i can see all the php code.....appearing like you'd see it in an editor. a quick -HUP restarts the server and gets rid of the problem..but in 2 days it pops up again! whats going on? can ANYONE offer me any insight with whats going on? Any and all help will be appreciated. ~kurth Kurth Bemis - Network/Systems Administrator, USAExpress.net/Ozone Computer [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.usaexpress.net/kurth ICQ - 6624050 Call Sign - N1TYW PGP key available - http://www.usaexpress.net/kurth/pgp Fight Weak Encryption!
