This might not have anything to do with it at all, but I notice that the
page served up by that URL uses CR+LF pairs as the end-of-line marker.
Perhaps the CRs are causing the PHP parser to get angry or confused? Perhaps
doing a dos2unix (or whatever) on the file might help?
