  I'll echo that.  With the expiration of the RSA patent and the release of
OpenSSH V2, there is absolutely no reason to support rsh/rlogin in any system,
as far as I am concerned.  I'll additionally say that the only use for FTP and
telnet is for anonymous access to public information.
