Operation not permitted suggests to me permissions issue, and getfh is
getting a file handle.  Check the permissions of the file (/disk).
Also, run nfsstat (or check in /proc/net/rpc/nfsd).  Are you using NIS
groups?  Also, when you are attempting to mount it, what uid/gid are
you using on the client (and does it match a uid/gid that exists on
the server that has authority to mount the disk)?
