Cat 3 is for 10MBit per sec
Cat 5 is for 100MBit per sec
(FWIW, I think Cat4 is 16MBit).

HomeDepot might have this stuff (I'm pretty sure they do), but I think
they just have the raw parts...not necessarily complete cables. You might
want to call one of the computer stores or Radio Hack. They might have
it. Cross overs are fairly common as well.

If you can't get it locally just about any online retailer should have it
(I know cdw.com does).
