OK, I can give you some help, in three forms:
1. What _I_ would like to hear:
exmh
beowulf clustering
Kernel internals / hacking
Businesses using linux - why, experience, what they look for
Debian - from the inside (i.e. someone from Debian talking about why
it was set up, how it runs, what problems they have, etc)
New Distros - What are some & how are they different
Wine
CAD / Home Design Software - what's good, what isn't
Converting NT to Linux - Experience from the Business World
2. What I could contribute
Wine (from a user experience - where it is, what works, etc, and give
me some time to do this).
Why use Open Source (from a Business Perspective)
Samba & NFS: Setting it up, basic troubleshooting (i.e.
NON-TECHNICAL, Don't ask for the guts)
3. Some topics that have been volunteered to me from an earlier call
- I would need to reconfirm with the speaker, and we may need a
different one, but it's some topic ideas:
Emacs
Perl
Beowulf
Note that I would be willing to do some research on some of the
topics I propose wanting to hear about, but that would be
bandwidth-dependant.

Thought for today: offline adv.
Not now or not here. "Let's take this
discussion offline." Specifically used on Usenet to suggest
that a discussion be moved off a public newsgroup to email.
