Sort of, it sends them to the admin for review. However, you can also
sign up with [EMAIL PROTECTED] (usual majordomo signup), which
is for posting only (i.e. the list doesn't get sent to the account).
Useful if you want to read on only one account, but you're posting
from several accounts.
