my email has been glitching again, so I'm sorry if I missed replies making this
redundant, but the holiday season is so busy with additional activities that I'd
prefer to reduce the contention for time and energy by cancelling unnecessary
routine meetings (Lord knows I've got enough of those that can't be cancelled,
might as well try to eliminate the ones that could be!).
