The newsforge article might be just a little hasty:
According to what I'm reading in the Applix mailing list, the VistaSource
person quoted is their VP of sales, not marketing. They're not dropping
ApplixWare (now known as "Anyware Desktop"), in fact in the list their
director of customer service promises continued development of the
product.
I expect they'll have some sort of rebuttal posted to their own web site
shortly. Hopefully newsforge can correct their article. They took some
stuff kinda out of context...
