Hey all,
GNHLUG recently (sometime late November) had a very nice presentation on
parallel processing clusters using MOSIX. On a vaguely related note, I just
read an interesting article on Ars Technica about a Linux-based cluster at the
Univ of Kentucky.

There were two additional links of interest in that article. One was to the
design of the cluster network interconnect they used. They call it Flat
Network Neighborhood (nothing to do with MS Windows), and it has an excellent
price-performance ratio.

The other was to another cluster they did, which is only interesting because
it drives a 6400 x 4800 pixel display. Yes, that is sixty-four thousand
pixels wide. :-)

Share and enjoy!
