This is going to be a tough one. I don't really think such a thing exists.

I'm told WatchGuard's stuff works well. I've seen it working well, from a
distance. It runs Linux internally, so one would hope it works with Linux.
It is, however, quite pricey.
Products that we are currently evaluating are:
Allied Telesyn AR-320 with VPN option (http://www.alliedtelesyn.com)
VPNet VSU-100 (http://www.vpnet.com)
Dunno yet if any of these work with Linux, though.
