I think that the only solution you have is to move the applicaiton. There 
are utilities you can get to move an entire application to a different 
partition. As Ken Lussier mentioned, you can hack the registry, but I think 
a good data mover app, would be a bit better. McAfee's Uninstaller can move 
applications to other partitions, and Power Quest (Partition Magic) has 
software  that can do this also. I always keep a copy of Partition Magic in 
my brief case. It comes in very handy at Linux Installfests.
