If that's the case, then what's the deciding factor that makes people choose
to support Macs? If market stats are accurate in that Linux has surpassed Mac
on the desktop, then why would one choose to support Mac instead of Linux?
Of course, from Macrmedia's standpoint, there are probably more Mac users
doing web page development than Linux users, and the market stats reflecting
Linux's recent surge ahead of the Mac on the desktop is more recent than their
decision of which platform to support. When they made the decision, Mac was
probably pretty clearly ahead of Linux at that time.
But you'd think they would have seen Linux coming. We all did ;)
