My Ghod... they've got their heads so far up Microsoft's butt, I can't tell
where they leave off and MS begins. If Steve Balmer stops suddenly, they'll
break their noses. This is a propaganda site of the first order. They seem
to take it as a foregone conclusion that this thing will be an awesome product,
with apparently zero justification for the fact. Sheesh.

Did you catch how they subtly blame PC crashes and instability on lack of
specifications, possibility of modification, users, and indeed, just about
everything *but* Microsoft's crummy OS? I thought that was particularly
insidious.

(I am actually interested in how this XBox thing will turn out, but I'm
interested in the facts, not the ravings of some corporate mouth-piece. The
XBox has some interesting features: Built-in Ethernet, and it is the first
console to try including a Winchester-style hard disk drive. It will be
interesting to see how well those work in practice.)

  This is news?

Actually, I didn't see much about that sort of thing on the site. It seems
like a fairly standard gaming console to me (with the exceptions of Ethernet
and HDD that I already mentioned).
